TRACE
TRACE is an artistic creation project, developed on a long term basis, and explores the relationship of the body with the territory and the ecosystem. The ethos of the project is the creation of different performances mediated by walking as an experimental practice. It works the path of the human being in a symbiotic relationship with its environment, through 3 actions: breathing, walking and being still. These actions are developed as choreo-political actions that operate through movement towards an awareness of the body and the territory.

TRACE is now being developed under the umbrella of “TRACE _ a path to a place of strength”, a 2nd phase of the project, which works on the relationship and affectivity of bodies with places, having as a formal ethos, the creation of different performances, mediated by walking as an experimental practice.
It will be developed:
“Hidden Track” - a sound piece (May 2023 - TBA and Município de Ourém)
“Walking Backwards” - a fable for childhood (creation 2025 - LUCA Theatre)
